Children’s privacy
BAXY does not aim any of its products or services directly at children under the age of eighteen (18). This Website is not directed at children under the age of 18 and BAXY cannot distinguish the age of persons who access and use our website. If a minor (according to applicable laws) has provided BAXY with Customer Data without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact BAXY to remove the relevant Customer Data. If we become aware that Customer Data has been collected from a person under the age of 18 without parental or guardian consent, we will delete this Customer Data.
