- Using ECB installed at various locations citizens are interacting with ITMS control centre
- Utilising this facility announcements are made from control room for missing objects/ children at traffic junctions
- 2 Nos of Missing Child cases resolved using Public address system
- Public Address system utilised for Public announcement, Traffic announcement, crowd control
75th Independence Day – Amrit Mahotsav Celebration – First time unique event organised using ITMS System
On August 15, 2022 using ITMS system all ATCS junctions were put in red mode for 5 minutes between 8:57 and 9:02 am As a result, the entire city came to a standstill across all 21 junctions, and national anthem was played through public address system at all these junctions from ITMS Control Room at 9 am to specially mark 75th Independence Day at Gorakhpur, with citizens participating by standing still and recitation
